Sleep Disorder

One unfortunate result of earning an MBA degree is that, along the way, it manages to wreak havoc with one's sleeping habits.

You see, when I was just a freshie MBA student, I usually have a regular sleeping habit: I sleep and wake up at almost the same time. Every day.

Recently, I don't think so. There are times when I get to sleep at around 5:00am, sometimes 3:00am. I rarely get to sleep before 12:00mn. And the times that I do get to sleep before midnight is when I am having a migraine attack! Bummer!

Why? Because of all the damn articles and cases that professors give us to read and analyze and, ultimately, generate a reaction or report paper. With all the papers that I've been churning out per semester, you would've thought that I am taking my graduate studies in journalism and NOT in business adminstration.

And, if you'll listen closely enough, you'll be able to hear the scream of trees dying to generate enough paper to support our requirements.
